Brian Rast officially named 2023 Poker Hall of Fame inductee

The World Series of Poker (WSOP) today announced Brian Rast as the 2023 Poker Hall of Fame inductee. The six-time WSOP gold bracelet winner was honored yesterday afternoon with an induction ceremony surrounded by friends, family, and fans inside the Paris Ballroom at Paris Las Vegas before cards were in the air for the annual $1,979 Poker Hall of Fame Bount No-Limit Hold'em.

WSOP officially shatters all-time Main Event attendance record

Yesterday marked a monumental day in the history of the game of poker. The World Series of Poker (WSOP) officially shattered the all-time attendance record for its Main Event making the 2023 edition the richest tournament in live poker history. The record falls 17 years after Jamie Gold defeated a crowd of 8,773 entrants in 2006 to take home the prestigious WSOP bracelet. Later that year the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act changed the poker landscape with many pundits speculating the 2006 record could never be broken.

Three Card Poker win at Paris Las Vegas

One lucky family is leaving Las Vegas with deep pockets after winning a six-figure jackpot in 30 minutes.

On Thursday, 6 July at 11 p.m., Caesars Rewards member Patricia Hendricks of Michigan won $416,040 after hitting a Mega Jackpot playing Three Card Poker at Paris Las Vegas.

Robert Schulz increases his all-time winnings en route to WSOP victory

A hard-fought final table which lasted almost seven hours was finally put to bed by Robert Schulz, when he defeated Julien Sitbon, to take down the $675,275 prize for first place in Event #59: $3,000 No-Limit Hold'em Freezeout.

Mercier reigns triumphant again for sixth WSOP title

On June 14th, 2016, Jason Mercier and Mike Watson crossed swords with the World Series of Poker $10,000 No-Limit 2-7 Lowball Championship bracelet at stake. It was Mercier's fifth top-ten no-limit 2-7 finish in the previous five years, and Watson's third in three years.
