LONDON -- The British Advertising Standards Authority has issued stern criticism of William Hill over Twitter adverts that featured children and teddy bears, The Guardian reported.
The ASA said the adverts "must not appear again in their current form,” and agreed with the complainant that the adverts were likely to appeal to children, the Guardian report said.
