$6 million still to come for winners at a PokerStars tournament

There are 200 players yet to be awarded a PokerStars Players No Limit Hold’em Championship (PSPC) Platinum Pass, which includes accommodation, travel and entry into the $25,000 buy-in event in the Bahamas from 6-10 January, 2019. Each Platinum Pass to the PSPC is worth around $30,000, with $1 million to be added to the prize pool for first place.


Here are some more more important figures regarding the tournament:

To date, a total of 102 players have been awarded a Platinum Pass. Of these players, 53 secured their Platinum Pass at PokerStars Live events, 43 from playing online at PokerStars and six whilst participating in various promotions.

As it stands, Russia has the highest number of players to have been awarded a Platinum Pass with 11 heading to the Bahamas next January for some winter sun. Russia is closely followed by the United Kingdom and France with eight players each.
